Shipping Policies

  • The products are shipped through only reputed courier services to ensure fastest delivery and to ensure that the products are reached in good condition.
  • We will try to ship all the items together but this may not be possible all the time due to the product characteristics and availability. This will be informed to the customer.
  • If the products are believed to be not in good condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting the delivery, customer can refuse the delivery of the package. In this case customers are asked to contact us and we will take the necessary action.
  • A tracking number will given to the customer by which they can track their order.
  • All the items will accompany an invoice mentioning the price and tax details.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order or in the next day.
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Orders placed before 2.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

Warranty and Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 7 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

Changing or Canceling An Order:

If customers want to modify the order, to add any other item, or to cancel the order they can contact us through mail or through the contact us section. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.

Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), the customer can return the item to the return address without tampering the original items that were delivered. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
