Shipping charges and the delivery time is mentioned in the check out page where customer can select any shipping options.
How do I pay for my order?
We are accepting online payments through the payment gateway mentioned in the checkout page. Through the payment gateway customers can pay us through debit card, online banking or through UPI method.
I need technical details of the product.
If the customer needs technical details of any product they need to contact us through the contact us page.
I need quotation for some products.
We provide quotation for our products to the customers but to generate the quotation they need to contact us.
Post-Sales FAQ
I Need a Tax invoice for my order
Generally the tax invoice is provided along with package but in case it is missing customers need to contact us so that we can resend the tax invoice through mail.
I want to know where is my order?
Customers will be provided with a tracking number by which they can track their order.
I did not receive my refund
The refund will be initiated only when the customers proves that either a wrong item is shipped or item is damaged. For this they need to send imaged. If the refund process is started customers will be refunded. If not refunded they need to contact us.
Money deducted but no order got placed?My order has missing parts or accessories
We will try our best that these type of situation does not occur but if arise we will solve the issue as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if such cases occur.
